Аннотация к статье:

В статье освещаются актуальные вопросы развития экономического сотрудничества
стран БРИКС и имеющиеся проблемы в данной области. Особое внимание уделено пер-
спективам инвестиционного сотрудничества и расширения взаимных расчетов в нацио-
нальных валютах. Даются конкретные рекомендации по заключению преференциального
инвестиционного соглашения, а также по созданию банка международных расчетов для
малого и среднего бизнеса стран БРИКС. Предлагается включить эти инициативы в по-
вестку саммита БРИКС-2020 в Челябинске.

Abstract:

Th e article highlights current issues of the development of economic cooperation between the
BRICS countries and existing problems in this area. Particular attention is paid to the prospects of
investment cooperation and the expansion of mutual settlements in national currencies. Specifi c
recommendations are given on the conclusion of a preferential investment agreement, as well as
on the creation of an international settlement bank for small and medium-sized businesses of the
BRICS countries. It is proposed to include these initiatives in the agenda of the BRICS 2020 summit
in Chelyabinsk.
