Аннотация к статье:
В статье рассматриваются проблемы кооперации на рынке военной техники как весьма специфической области международного сотрудничества и одного из главных направлений реализации военной политики государства. Целью является выделение основных сложностей, с которыми отдельные производители и государства сталкиваются при реализации военной техники. В статье выделены особенности военно-технического сотрудничества на рынке продукции военного назначения, роль политического фактора в данной области международной кооперации, определены основные проблемы в сфере международной кооперации на рынке военной продукции, функции международного товарообмена военной техникой, влияние концентрации производства на экономику отдельных стран и на мировое сообщество в целом. Особенно автором статьи выделяется роль Российской Федерации на рынке военно-технической продукции как одного из крупнейших экспортеров товаров военного назначения, позиции Российской Федерации на мировом рынке вооружений и военной техники, роль экспорта военной продукции в экономике Российской Федерации и влияние военной промышленности на национальную экономику России.

Abstract:
The article considers the problem of cooperation in the military equipment market as a very specific area of international cooperation and one of the main directions of implementation of the military policy of the state. The purpose of this paper is to single out the main challenges that different manufacturers and states face in selling military equipment. The article highlights the features of the military-technical cooperation in the market of military products, the role of political factors in this particular area of international cooperation, the basic problems of international cooperation in the military equipment market, the functions of international exchange of military equipment, the effect of concentration of production on the economy of individual countries and the international community as a whole. Notably, the author of the article emphasizes the role of the Russian Federation on the market of military-technical products as one of the largest exporters of military goods, the position of the Russian Federation on the world market of arms and military equipment, the role of exports of military goods in the economy of Russia and the impact of military industries on the Russian economy.
