Аннотация к статье:

Рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования контрольной функции в специализированных учреждениях Организации объединенных наций, причины и хронология создания независимого консультативного комитета в Международном союзе электросвязи (МСЭ). Проанализированы и сопоставлены требования, которые необходимо выполнять для создания новой усовершенствованной системы контроля в МСЭ. Сформулированы новые цели и функции органов, осуществляющих контрольную функцию в МСЭ.

Abstract:

Questions of perfection of control function in specialized establishments of the Organization of the incorporated nations, the reasons and chronology of creation of independent advisory committee in the International union of telecommunication (IUT) are considered. Requirements which are necessary for carrying out creation of the new advanced monitoring system in IUT are analysed and compared. The new purposes and functions of the bodies which are carrying out control function in IUT are formulated.
