Аннотация к статье:

В статье исследуются состояние и перспективы развития сельскохозяйственного сектора Латинской Америки, а также вклад региона в общемировом производстве продовольствия. Приводятся количественные показатели по производству и экспорту основной аграрной и рыбной продукции по отдельным странам региона. Анализируются роль агропромышленного комплекса (АПК) в экономике и внешней торговле латиноамериканских государств. В качестве сопоставления и сравнительного анализа используются аналогичные параметры российского АПК. Дается оценка некоторым экономическим мерам государственной поддержки сельского хозяйства в странах региона. Отдельно рассматривается сотрудничество России с латиноамериканскими государствами в сельскохозяйственной сфере в свете их готовности воспользоваться открывающимися возможностями по наращиванию экспорта своей продукции на фоне российского продовольственного эмбарго в отношении Запада. В заключении делается акцент на одной из мер поддержки экспорта российской сельхозпродукции – введении в штат наших диппредставительств в ряде стран Латинской Америки должности атташе по АПК

Abstract:

The article examines the state and prospects for the development of the agricultural sector in Latin America, as well as the region‘s contribution to global food production. Quantitative indicators for the production and export of the main agricultural and fi sh products for individual countries of the region are given. Th e role of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) in the economy and foreign trade of Latin American states is analyzed. Similar parameters of the Russian agroindustrial complex are used as a comparison and comparative analysis. An assessment of some economic measures of state support for agriculture in the countries of the region is given. Russia‘s cooperation with Latin American states in the agricultural sphere is considered separately in the light of their readiness to take advantage of the opening opportunities to increase the export of their products against the background of the Russian food embargo against the West. In conclusion, the emphasis is placed on one of the measures to support the export of Russian agricultural products – the introduction of the post of agricultural attache to the staff of our diplomatic missions in a number of Latin American countries.
